I have been involved in all aspects of real estate sales and have been licensed in Florida since 1990.  I have extensive experience in new home design and construction, land development and sales, as well as all areas of general brokerage, including short sales and foreclosures.  I have received numerous salesperson of the year award for repeatedly achieving multi-million-dollar sales volume year after year. 
​Southwest Florida is my home, and we live in the Reserve at Estero.  With the great weather, wonderful golf courses, beautiful beaches and the best fishing anywhere, we do not know of any better place to live and have fun in Florida.

I have always enjoyed cooking and baking new creations.  My love for cooking began as a little girl, inspired by my grandmother in her kitchen.  She taught me that a home is more than just a place...it's where "memories are made".

We LOVE our Grandbabies and Yorkies!

We love spending time with our grandkids in Lakeland whenever we can. 
We love Yorkies PLUS... I feed all the stray cats and birds and squirrels in the neighborhood

     Before we moved from Orlando to Southwest Florida, Joe and I loved taking the kids fishing at the Orlando Union Rescue Mission every Monday afternoon. 
​     It always brought a smile to our face whenever a kid caught a fish.  Most of them had never fished before or ever put a worm or minnow on a hook. ​
